In addition, the entrant specifically agrees to be bound by the Terms as set out below and by any other requirements set out in any promotional material accompanying the promotion.

The Terms apply to all promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers unless otherwise stated on the Loqbox Website (www.loqbox.com). Depending on the nature of the competition there may be additional rules imposed by us from time to time. 

This promotional draw is held by Loqbox Technology UK Limited (“Loqbox”).

To enter, you must join Loqbox as a new member between   1st February 2024 and 29th February 2024. New members who join between these dates will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Existing Lite Members can earn an entry by upgrading to Full membership between these dates. Alternatively, members using Loqbox Save can earn an entry by referring a friend. Your friend must become an active Loqbox member during the period from 1st to 29th February 2024 and be a member  for at least 14 days.

Upgrades to Full membership are not available to all members - please check in your Members' Area to see if you are able to upgrade.

The prize draw will take place on Friday 15th March  2024. All entries must be in accordance with the Terms. There will be one winner, selected at random.

Loqbox reserves the right at its sole discretion, and without prior notice, to cancel the Promotion and/or to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.

Loqbox shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Notice, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the  draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information by us in order to process and contact you about your free draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in these Terms.

By entering this promotion, you agree to be contacted from time to time by Loqbox about the prize draw.

Loqbox will award the prize-winner a one-time Canopy & Stars gift card with the value of £500. This will be sent to the winner by email, subject to any necessary account verification required.

Prize winners will be notified in writing via email within 2 weeks of the draw date. If a prize winner fails to respond to claim their prize within 14 days of receipt of the notification, Loqbox shall be entitled to select an alternative prize winner. In such circumstances, Loqbox shall notify the alternative prize winner within 28 days of the closing date of the draw.

Prize-winners will receive their prize within 6 weeks of notification unless otherwise specified on the Loqbox Website.  Loqbox will not be liable if a prize does not reach a prize winner for any reason outside the control of Loqbox.

The decision of Loqbox is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Free draws are not open to employees of Loqbox or  any associated companies, their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

‍

By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consent(s) to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and the use of such publicity on the Loqbox Website at any time.

Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Loqbox, Loqbox hereby excludes, so far as is permitted by law,  all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with any promotion or any aspect of the prize.

The free draw and these Terms are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
