Loqbox £1,000 Giveaway - January-February 2026 - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter and Introduction

This promotional draw is held by Loqbox Technology UK Limited Registered address: Henleaze Business Centre, Henleaze, Bristol BS9 4PN (“Loqbox”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entry and participation in the Loqbox Giveaway ("Giveaway"). By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Notice and our Cookie Policy. 

In addition, entrants specifically agree to be bound by the Terms as set out below and by any other requirements set out in any promotional material accompanying the promotion.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Who Can Enter

The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry; and
• Are residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
• Hold a debit card issued by a UK financial institution.

2.2 Entry Requirements (1 entry per eligible person)

To qualify for one entry into the Giveaway, the entrant must:

• Join Loqbox as a new Full member during the Competition Period; and
• Successfully complete any free trial period and make their first Loqbox Full membership payment by Friday 3rd April (Late, missed, reversed or disputed payments will not be eligible).

2.3 Previous Membership Exclusion

Entrants must not have previously held Loqbox Full membership, including any historic or closed Loqbox Full membership account.

3. General Rules

• Entries are only valid if all criteria set out in these Terms are met.
• Membership status and payment history will be verified by Loqbox.
• Incomplete, invalid or ineligible entries will be disqualified.

4. Competition Period‍

The Competition Period runs from 1:00pm on 23 January 2026 to 11:59pm on 28 February 2026.

5. Prize and Winner Selection

5.1 Prize

There is one prize available in this Giveaway, with a total value of £1,000 (“Prize”).

5.2 Winner Selection

The prize draw will take place on Monday 6th April 2026 (“draw date”). There will be one winner, selected at random from all valid entries.

All entries must be in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 Verification

The winner will be required to provide proof of age. Loqbox may also require any additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and identity, including completion of an identity verification check via our identity verification partner, Veriff, in order to arrange delivery of the Prize.

5.4 Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the draw date.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of receiving notification, Loqbox reserves the right to select an alternative winner. In such circumstances, Loqbox shall notify the alternative winner within 28 days of the closing date of the draw.

5.5 Prize Delivery

The winner will receive the Prize via bank transfer within 6 weeks of confirming their eligibility and accepting the Prize.

5.6 Promoter Decision

Loqbox’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.7 Personal Data and Administration Contact

Loqbox will use and take care of any personal data supplied as described in its Privacy Notice and in accordance with data protection legislation.

We will contact entrants only for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility and notifying the winner.

5.8 Prize Conditions

The Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.

Loqbox will not be liable if the Prize does not reach the winner for any reason outside Loqbox’s reasonable control.

6. Additional Terms

6.1 Changes to or Withdrawal of the Giveaway

Loqbox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice and/or to substitute the Prize for another prize of equal value.

6.2 Employee Exclusion

The Giveaway is not open to employees of Loqbox (or any companies within the group) and their immediate families, or anyone connected with the creation and administration of the Giveaway.

6.3 Publicity

By entering the Giveaway, the winner may be invited to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Giveaway. Participation in publicity is optional and is not a condition of receiving the Prize.

6.4 Relationship to Other Loqbox Terms

Loqbox’s standard terms and conditions also apply and are not affected by this Giveaway.

6.5 Taxes and Expenses

Where relevant, any taxes, insurance, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated.

6.6 Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Loqbox, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, Loqbox excludes (to the fullest extent permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (whether direct or indirect) arising in connection with the Giveaway or the Prize.

6.7 Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Terms are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

6.8 Fraud, Misuse and Disqualification

Loqbox reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or withhold the Prize where it reasonably believes that the Giveaway has been entered fraudulently or in breach of these Terms, including (without limitation) where an entrant has provided false or misleading information, created multiple accounts, manipulated payments or eligibility criteria, or otherwise attempted to gain an unfair advantage.

Where appropriate, Loqbox may also refuse to award the Prize or select an alternative winner.
