The following rules (the “Rules”) apply to all promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers unless otherwise stated on the Loqbox Website (www.loqbox.com). Depending on the nature of the competition there may be additional rules imposed by us from time to time. Each promotion may be subject to its own express terms and may not be available in all jurisdictions.

This promotional draw is held by Loqbox Technology UK Limited (“Loqbox”).

To enter, you must send in your small financial achievements between  18th September 2023 and 13th October 2023. Everyone who shares their small financial achievement between these dates will automatically be entered into the prize draw. There will be one main winner of a £500 Airbnb voucher, and 10 x £15 Amazon vouchers for top 10 runners up. All winners will be selected by the Loqbox team.

The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 18th October  2023.

All entries must be in accordance with the Rules.

Loqbox reserves the right at its sole discretion, and without prior notice, to cancel the Promotion and/or to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.

Loqbox shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its privacy notice, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the free draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your free draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

By entering this promotion, you agree to be contacted from time to time by Loqbox about the prize draw.

Loqbox will award the 1st prize winner a one-time Airbnb voucher with the value of £500. This  will be sent to the winner by email, subject to any necessary account verification required. Loqbox will award 10 runner up prizes of £15 Amazon vouchers. These will be sent to the winners by email, subject to any necessary account verification required.

Prize-winners will be notified in writing via email within 2 weeks of the draw date. If a prize-winner fails to respond to claim their prize within 14 days of receipt of the notification, Loqbox shall be entitled to select an alternative prize-winner. In such circumstances Loqbox shall notify the alternative prize-winner within 28 days of the closing date of the draw.

Prize-winners will receive their prize within 6 weeks of notification unless otherwise specified on the Loqbox Website.

Loqbox's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Free draws are not open to employees of Loqbox (and any companies within the group) and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

Loqbox will not be liable if a prize does not reach a prize-winner for any reason outside the control of Loqbox.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and the use of such publicity on the Loqbox Website at any time.

By entering the promotion, you grant Loqbox the right to use your little win and your photograph  for an unlimited period.

You grant Loqbox the right to use your little win and your photograph on our website and on social media channels including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Linkedin.

You grant Loqbox the right to use your little win and your photograph alone and in combination with our own videos, and with videos and little wins  submitted by other content creators.

Where relevant, all taxes, insurances, and other expenses are, unless otherwise specifically stated, the sole responsibility of the prize-winners.

Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Loqbox, Loqbox hereby excludes (so far as is permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with any promotion or any aspect of the prize .

The free draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
