About the role

You will:

• Be the Product Owner of one of our member-facing teams
• Work on projects across the development cycle; from the exploration of the sketchiest initial concept, to the delivery of high quality products to our members
• Translate the quarterly strategic priorities from the management team into a roadmap of objectives, metrics and deliverables that the team can execute on
• Facilitate workshops to get input and buy in from stakeholders from across the business
• Gather and prioritise requirements in the form of user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes and mock-ups
• Use data to help the team make the best decisions and validate their thinking
• Empathise with our members by working with our researchers to carry out user testing
• Work with the delivery team to refine, build, test and deliver quality work
• Provide structure and clarity by working with the project management team to communicate the decisions being made, the actions being taken and the progress towards objectives
• Build relationships with key commercial partners in order to co-create and deliver solutions
• Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap to deliver on our mission

About you

You will be someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience shipping great consumer experiences in a fast-growing company
• Is passionate about building the best possible experience while delivering on the business's objectives
• Is extremely organised, has good project management skills and is used to delivering to deadlines
• Has a hands-on attitude and an entrepreneurial problem-solving spirit
• Leads by example to inspire, motivate and empower the team and people around you
• Has experience with modern product development tools and processes (e.g. Jira, Figma, Agile/Scrum)
• Is comfortable communicating ideas visually including from a whiteboard, a sketchpad, wireframes, and visual mockups
• Is self-organised and a self-starter
• Has excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with engineers, designers and the wider business team
• Is comfortable working at pace within a changing start-up/scale-up environment
• Is a strong believer in Loqbox's mission

• Step 1: a 15 minute chat with our Product Director so we can get to know each other better
• Step 2: a 60 minute interview with our Product Director and one of our Product Managers where we discuss your experience in depth (any work that you can show to support this conversation would be super helpful!)
• Step 3: a 30 minute interview with one of our CEOs/founders and our Product Director so you can hear about the great mission we’re on from one of our founders
