- Your login details. It’s the email address and password you registered with.
- A secure internet connection
- A UK bank account or compatible account for payments.
- Access to your signup email address: make sure you can get into it, as it’s needed for password resets.
Common login issues and how to fix them
“My details are not recognised. What should I do?”
- It may sound obvious, but double-check for typos in your email or password.
- Make sure you’re using the email you signed up with.
- If you’re outside the UK, check you’re on the UK login page.
- Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
- If you’re still stuck and can’t get in, reach out to member support for help.
