Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. By entering this promotion, the entrant agrees to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
2. By entering this promotion, the entrant specifically agrees to be bound by the Rules as set out below and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.
3. The following rules (the “Rules”) apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers unless otherwise stated on the LOQBOX Website (www.loqbox.co.uk). Depending on the nature of the competition there may be additional rules imposed by us from time to time; each such promotion may be subject to its own express terms and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
4. This promotional draw is held by LOQBOX Savings Limited (“LOQBOX”).
5. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
6. A Free Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) runs from the first day of the calendar month.
7. To enter the free draw, the user must:
i. Have an active 50 Point Promise subscription: and
ii. Be up to date with your payments due to LOQBOX
8. Only one entry per person is permitted.
9. All entries must be in accordance with the Rules.
10. LOQBOX reserves the right at its sole discretion to (without prior notice) cancel the Promotion; and/or to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
11. LOQBOX shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the free draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your free draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
12. By entering this promotion, you agree to be contacted occasionally by LOQBOX about the prize draw.
13. The winner will be selected by way of a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on the 10th the month, or the nearest working day immediately following the 10th of the month.
14. Winners will be notified of the prize and their status as a winner by email.
15. Prizes may vary from month to month.
16. Prize-winners will be notified in writing via email within 2 weeks of the draw date. If a prize-winner fails to respond to claim his/her prize within 14 days of receipt of the notification, LOQBOX shall be entitled to select an alternative prize-winner. In such circumstances LOQBOX shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the alternative prize-winner within 28 days of the closing date.
17. Prize-winners will receive their prize within 6 weeks of notification unless otherwise specified on the LOQBOX Website.
18. LOQBOX’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
19. Free draws are open to all active LOQBOX 50 Point Promise customers, except employees of LOQBOX (and any companies within the group) and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
20. LOQBOX will not be liable if a prize does not reach a prize-winner for any reason outside the control of LOQBOX.
21. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable.
22. By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consent(s) to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and use on the LOQBOX Website at any time.
23. Where relevant, all taxes, insurances, and other expenses are, unless otherwise specifically stated, the sole responsibility of the prize-winner.
24. Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of LOQBOX, LOQBOX hereby excludes (so far as is permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with any promotion or any aspect of the prize .
25. The free draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
